Chocolat


Chocolat is the French word for chocolate.
Most people love chocolat (or even chocolate) it’s one of those foods that has an illustrious history and has found popularity across the globe.

Chocolate also has some health benefits (in moderation only!) similar to dark vegetables. These benefits are from flavonoids which act as antioxidants. Dark chocolate has over 8 times the number of antioxidants than is found in strawberries.
Chocolat also enhances people’s moods, lower blood pressure and increase energy levels.
